Cuppy Cake!

I am Soo Kuan Yong of class 3E2. I went to Marina Square on 22 July 2009 for this Food and Nutrition project. I had ordered a plate of hokkien mee which cost $4. It is made up of bee hoon and yellow noodles, chives, bean sprouts, fatty pork, eggs, sotong, prawn and lime. The ingredients are added in the right proportions to make the noodles taste fantastic. To make it even better, the noodles are served on special leaves. The hokkien noodles have a very strong prawn taste with thick gravy, the lime not only gives the noodles an added flavor, it also makes it less oily to the taste buds. Those who like spicy food could also add sambal chili for better taste.
