Food Festival Assignment-Suraiin

Hi, I am suraiin from 3n2 and I am here to present you the mini wok noodle at marina square food court. The store name is fishball noodle and the mini wok noodle is origin from the Chinese cuisine. You can find the mini wok noodle any where in Singapore. The bowl of noodle comes with a small wok that is filled with soup and the wok is sitting over a little burner to keep it  piping hot and to poach the raw egg at the bottom of the wok. Even if it is a bit gimmicky, I like this soup because it is a perfect  complement to the greasy but tasty  noodles. Its clear why I love this dish with all of its fried pork lard, meatballs and mushrooms. Indeed, it looks like this is generally available from any noodle hawkers. But the soup is richer in taste thanks to all of the meat and such. This mini wok noodle cost $4.50 so I give this dish a rating of 7 out of 10 so I advice you if you are near toa payoh go for this dish It will make your taste bug go crazy.

This is nasi padang which I bought from marina square food court. Nasi padang is  originally from Sumatra, this simply describes rice served with a variety of dishes, many of them spicy. Nasi padang is made from basic ingredients such as kunyit, serai, santan and chilies, nasi padang is rather healthy. Nasi padang comes with a wide variety of dishes to go with but this nasi pandang is special because of the sambal. The sambal is very spicy and shiok and what is great with the dish is that it comes with a free soup for diners only, and the nasi padang cost $4.50 and it is rather cheap compare with other places. So I give this dish  a rating of 6 out of 10.

This is the grill fish with spaghetti, I bought this dish at marina square food court and out of the three dishes this is one of the best. I specially like the grill fish because the fish is so soft and  the sauce that  goes with the fish is call mushroom sauce this two is the best combination for the fish, as for the spaghetti, the noodle was soft and the sauce was just perfect for the spaghetti. You can also add other dish such as fries or mash potato but the quantity is little if you choose this two if want to make your money worth it you should choose the spaghetti and grilled fish. The dish also comes with the mushroom soup, I could really taste the mushroom flavor and it taste quite creamy so I give this dish a rating of 10 out of 10. this dish is to die for.
