I went to Food Republic which is located at Suntec City.Under the recommendation of the chef of the stall I brought a bowl of Laksa.This noodle soup dish is easily available at many food outlets in Singapore.Price ranging from $2.50 to $3.50,this stall's Laksa was quite expensive as compared to other food outlets as it cost $4.20.
The taste on the other hand was not up to standard as the surface of the gravy was covered with oil.The bean sprouts were half cooked.The only thing worth complementing was the noodle , it was nicely done.
I wouldn't recommend this store's Laksa as the taste is below average as compared to other market's Laksa.
