I am TayLiHun of class 3e2.I went to Lau Pa Sat on 16/7/08 for this project. I ordered a 'Fen Yuan Soup' to represent the few famous food in singapore.'Fen Yuan Soup' is a traditional soup edited from the soup 'Tang Yuan'.It is made of jelly powder and starch.It's sweet taste and light aroma is loved by most chinese and became a popular dessert.It cost about $2 a bowl.After that, I went around La Pa Sat to take a look and discovered the history of it. I am amazed how well the culture is kept and I have definitely learnt about how the past market place looks like.It is a worthy trip made.
